COVID19 Response
Per both our national association (International Chiropractors Association / www.chiropractic.org) as well as the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security we are an essential health care provider. As such we have been and will continue to remain open seeing patients during our normal operating hours. We follow the CDC Guidelines for Corona virus for the safety of our patients and our staff. These procedures include:
- Dr. Rick sanitizes his hands before and after he sees each patient
- Social Distancing - Reception seats are at least 6' apart with some moved to unused rooms down the hallway
- Masks - The staff wears surgical masks while the doctor and massage therapist wear N95 masks for greater protection. We require all patients to wear a mask at all times covering the nose and mouth (except where clinically required to remove during examination or treatment)
- Plexiglas shields - Plexiglas shields act as a barrier at the check-in and check-out counters
- Purell - We have 4 Purell dispensers located in the reception room and down the hallway
- Surface Sanitizing - Throughout the day the staff sanitizes all common surfaces with industrial chemicals or 70% alcohol or bleach. This includes spraying fabric surfaces
- Disinfectant Wipes - We have a disinfectant wipe dispenser in the reception area for patient access
- Signage - We have signage at the door and check-in desk diverting possible ill patients back home to contact their PCP. We also require all patients to wear masks per County Guidelines. Signs remind us all to practice social distancing
- Signing in when you arrive - We have a "clean" and "dirty" container for the sign-in pens and sanitize after every use
We are confident that your trip to our facility will be safe and secure, otherwise we would not be here ourselves. We look forward to caring for you.
