If you open your electric breaker box at home you will see a bunch of switches usually organized from top to bottom. They should all be in alignment to the right indicating that they are all on and functioning normally. At the top of this arrangement is a larger breaker called the main. All your juice flows through the main breaker while only a little of the juice flows through each of the smaller breakers. Therefore, if you shut off the main it will affect the entire house. Conversely, if you shut off a small breaker it will only affect a local area of the house. Your spine is your personal breaker box with a main breaker and 23 other smaller breakers. Subluxation to the main breaker will affect your whole body while subluxation to the lower breakers will affect a smaller area.
The main breaker is your atlas, the first cervical vertebra. When it is subluxated it will affect the entire electrical system of your body damaging communication, function, and health anywhere and sometimes everywhere. The other 23 breakers are the remaining vertebrae. When subluxated they will damage the electrical system passing through that portion of the spine leading to more localized damage. As an analogy I would rather have some of my lights out rather than to have my refrigerator out, and I would certainly rather have any portion of my power out than the entire house. But what I really want is for all my household appliances and lights to be able work at 100%, just as I want every part of my body to work at 100%. Think about it, anything less than 100% function will some day, sooner or later, now or in the future, lead to a reduced quality of life and a premature death. It really is as simple as that.
